Roasted Indonesian Ti Kuan Yin
This heavy bodied Indonesian oolong has undertones of dried fruits and a sweet golden finish.
We call it Famous Ti Kuan Yin because of the longer oxidation which was traditionally the way the tea was created in China making it one of the most famous and revered teas in China and throughout the world.
195° F 3-4 minutes
