The tender, young leaves are harvested in the early spring and undergo a traditional scenting process where the leaves are delicately layered with jasmine petals, allowing the two elements to marry.
The tea takes on the floral aroma and sweet taste of the organic petals creating this exceptional cup. This process is repeated until the tea has reached perfection. The scented leaves are then rolled into "pearls."
